Morning Arrival Guidelines

Families, thank you for helping us keep arrival safe and smooth for every student. Please review the following reminders:

• School doors open at 7:30 AM. We kindly ask that students are not dropped off before this time, as staff are not available to supervise prior to 7:30. We truly appreciate your help in keeping all students safe.

• Weather: On rainy or cold mornings, please do not leave students outside the building before 7:30 AM. We ask that you plan accordingly and keep students with you until doors open.

• Car drop-off:

  • Use the designated curbside lane only.

  • Pull forward as much as possible, let your child out on the curb side, and then continue driving.

  • Do not park and get down; this slows down the line and creates unsafe conditions.

• Buses: Respect all school buses. Do not block, cut in front of, or park next to them.

• Crosswalks: Always use the crosswalk and follow staff directions when walking your child.

• Patience & Safety First: Drive slowly, avoid phone use, and watch for children and staff in the arrival areas. Please remind students to look both ways before crossing. And when you’re driving through or leaving, please go slowly to help keep everyone safe.
